2016 North Pacific 49 Pilothouse

Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Cruising East Coast, contact us for current location.

Immaculate! A great opportunity to own a late model vessel at a great price!

Mimi's Oasis is well appointed and very well equipped for extended cruising. She has completed a year-long journey of the Loop and has proven to be a capable long-range cruiser/live-aboard. With high quality construction throughout, you’ll feel both safe and comfortable on board.

The salon is expansive and surprisingly spacious. It features two full recliners as well as an L dinette large enough to comfortably sit 6 for both dinner or casual entertaining. The galley rivals those
found on many 65’+ boats with large counter surfaces, lots of storage, dual sinks and a huge fridge/freezer.

Mimi's Oasis is built with the most popular guest stateroom layout. The flexible room has two lower single beds that can slide together to make a queen and there is a fold down bunk. The master
stateroom has a surprising amount of storage and features a low, island queen bed, that is
easy to get around and to make. The two-head, two-shower design means owners and guests
have plenty of privacy even on longer voyages.

Upstairs is a great pilothouse with excellent visibility. Two helms seats and a large L bench seat with a table means that owners and crew can comfortably cruise together. Mimi's Oasis is built with the standard flybridge and hardtop.

The single 355hp Cummins will provide comfortable cruise speeds of 7-10 knots. At 7 knots fuel consumption is approximately 3 GPH, at 8 knots it’s 5 GPH and at 10 knots it’s 10 GPH.
Top speed is around 11.5 knots. The stable semi-displacement hull is proven on long
voyages on both US coasts and SE Asia.

Like all NPs, equipment and wiring is easily accessed
