1984 Gulfstar MK II Sloop

New Bern, North Carolina

Well suited for extended cruising and long favored over earlier Gulftstar models this 1984 version comes with a roomy centerline queen in the owners' aft stateroom. Distinctive teak interior and cane cabinet doors are some of the features that set the 1984 boats apart and the sellers of this boat had a custom galley renovation performed in 2018.

The yacht shows very well inside and out and DILETTANTE is sure to please those looking for a  quality cruising platform.  Realistically priced she is ready for you to sail her to the destination of your dreams.

Down below is really where the Gulfstar 44 shines. The dark teak joinery work is stunning and attests to the high quality of Gulfstar’s 1984 workmanship. DILETTANTE  is the popular Mark II model that features a walk around aft master queen berth and a forward guest berth - each with en-suite heads.

Entering from the center cockpit down the companionway stairs the custom galley is to port and aft and offers excellent counter space and storage.  Forward of the galley is a large L-shaped settee and folding centerline dining table.  A single settee is located opposite to starboard.  Moving forward there is a large guest cabin with V-berth and en-suite head and shower.  Just aft of the starboard settee is the nav station with storage lockers aft running along the outer starboard side of the walk-through to the owners' cabin.  The owners' cabin offers a center-line queen berth, very ample storage and en-suite head with separate shower.
